Oaklawn Mental Health and Addiction Services
of Matching Funds Remaining
Oaklawn provides mental health and addiction treatment for children, adolescents and adults in Elkhart and St. Joseph counties. Our specialized services range from skills training and case management to outpatient therapy and inpatient care. Oaklawn walks hand-in-hand with our clients on their journey — facing the complexity of mental illness together. As a faith-based organization, we believe in treating the whole person — mind, body and spirit. We do this by employing highly trained professionals who provide all levels of services to our clients and advocate within our community on their behalf. Mission: With uncommon expertise in mental health and addiction services, Oaklawn joins with individuals, families and our community on the journey toward health and wholeness. Vision: To help people live in harmony with self, others and God, through healing and growth of the whole person.
We’re asking you to join our 2020 Vision Campaign. This is not a capital campaign. It’s a campaign to raise funds for Oaklawn programs and services. Our goal is to increase annual giving to the Oaklawn Foundation from $300,000 per year to over $550,000 per year by 2020. Everyone in our community deserves a chance for wholeness. How do we make sure everyone gets that chance? We do it through prevention and early intervention, access to services, basic needs, integrated care and innovation. These are five ways Oaklawn is working to restore wholeness, and where your financial support of Oaklawn’s 2020 Vision Campaign can make a big difference, not just now, but for years to come. We can make sure kids have a better future. We can get people help when they need it. We can provide safe and stable housing, and we can help people live longer, healthier lives. But we can’t do it alone. If we are going to create a healthy and whole community, it will take all of us, working together. Please join us.
Oaklawn is the only Faith Based Community Mental Health Center in the state of Indiana. Annually Oaklawn serves over 28,000 Consumers in both St Joe and Elkhart Counties. Approximately 14% of our Annual Budget goes to Some form of Charity Care.
